To personalize User experience and provide improved customer service: Personal Information helps us understand the User’s preferences and shopping habits, allowing us to recommend products the User might be interested in. We also use this information to remind the User about unfinished purchases in their shopping cart. This is considered direct marketing, and we have a legitimate interest in using the User’s email address and abandoned cart data to communicate about these uncompleted transactions.

Any information voluntarily shared by the User through public forums, comments, or blog posts may be visible to other Users. Vivarna is not responsible for any Personal Information shared publicly by the User, as it may be viewed or used by others, including for unsolicited communications.

DATA TRANSFER & RETENTION

Vivarna will keep the User's Personal Information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may also retain and use Personal Information as required to meet legal obligations, address disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

Usage Data will be stored for internal analysis purposes. Generally, this data is kept for a shorter duration, unless it is necessary to retain it for security purposes, to enhance Service functionality, or if legally required to keep it for a longer period.

COMMUNICATIONS OPT-OUT & SMS MARKETING

The User can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, we will still send you important order confirmations and other non-marketing communications.

EDIT OR DELETE ACCOUNT

If the User’s personal information changes, they can update or modify their account details through the profile page after logging in at www.Vivarna.com. To delete or deactivate an account, the User can contact us directly.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

Vivarna reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective once the revised Privacy Policy is posted. Continued use of the services after the update signifies the User’s acceptance of the revised policy.
