Shipping Policy

The Basics

  1. Shipping timelines are approximate and exclude weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays (such as weather, high volume, or traffic).

  2. If items in your order have estimated dispatch dates that differ by more than 7 days, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

  3. At this time, Vivarna ships within the country only. For inquiries regarding international orders or deliveries, please contact us at question@vivarna.com.

  4. Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.

  5. Please note that deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Vivarna has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost. For further details, please contact your local customs office. Vivarna is unable to reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

  6. Shipping timelines indicated below do not include processing times for your order. For the most accurate delivery date estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline at checkout. â€‹

Order Status

  1. Processing: Your order is with the fulfillment team. If all items are available, typical processing time is 1 business day

  2. Shipped: Your order has been packed and is on its way to you. Note that the tracking system from the courier may take time to update, or to reflect any movement

  3. Partial: Your order may have backordered pieces or made-to-order pieces! To ensure you can enjoy your Vivarna piece(s) as early as possible, we've shipped the available piece(s) first 

Item Availability

  1. Available: In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Engraved and monogrammed in-stock pieces require additional time for personalization and usually ship within 8-10 business days from the purchase date.

  2. Pre-Order: This item is not currently available, but will be soon. You’re welcome to place your order now, and it will be queued for shipment as soon as the item becomes available. The estimated ship date can be found on the product page and at checkout for your reference. Please note that payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

  3. Made to Order: Once your order is placed, we begin crafting the piece especially for you, which means it requires additional processing time. Please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page to plan accordingly.

Please note that these dates may fluctuate based on production timelines. In case of a delay with your order, we will reach out to keep you updated. 

Order Delays

If your order has not been processed by the shipping date, our customer service team will reach out via email with an update within 2-3 business days. Please note that we prioritize updating you on your order's status, and we thank you in advance for your patience. Cancellation Policy

Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. If there are changes to be made to your order, please email us (order@vivarna.com) within 30 minutes of placing your orderwe will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to. Please ensure you use the email that you used to place the order, and include your name & order number. If your order change has been honored, our customer service team will reach out via email to confirm. Otherwise, please note that the order status updates that you receive will reflect order status.

Transaction Fees

Vivarna does not charge any fees beyond the total amount due for your order including taxes, which are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address. Any additional charges are applied by your bank or payment provider and are outside of Vivarna’s control. We are unable to refund foreign transaction or bank-related fees. If you believe a charge was applied by Vivarna, please contact us at  question@vivarna.com with details of the charge for further assistance.
